Don’t move here !!! You gonna be paying way more than you expected the extra fees that they charge are basically a whole different bill added to the rent $230-300 on water reimbursements, utility administration , trash etc and they charge you twice and have to pay it because it’s based off the community meters that are used to “better the apts” plus the base pay of rent and the lights, water you have to pay through a third party like ga power or w.e you use I moved out a month early and paid rent ahead of time and switched m... read more

Good place to stay at besides the floor of the shower peeling and being roaches everywhere, as well as faulty wall outlets, anything you plug in doesn’t feel secure at all
