1) My purse was stolen out of my car which my camera should have picked up but there is not enough light 2) someone with access to my mailbox key stole the contents of an Amazon package 3) Someone with access to my apartment smeared pet feces in my entry way AND inside my apartment 4) Someone literally dug a plant out of a flower box on my patio 5) cigarette butts were dumped outside my patio in the dirt and I've lived here less than six months.
The maintenance guy is pretty reliable , the area is okay if you have kids be aware that if people are smoking in their apartment you maybe able to smell in the main area.
Infested with damn roaches, called to get dishwasher fixed MULTIPLE times, no response and nothing was done. Horrible environment to live in.
I stay here for a few weeks love and the staff was wonderful
