Though we were very underdressed, the Republic was AMAZING. The waiter was very kind and had great suggestions (he suggested the filet mignon tartar which was GREAT), and the food (we both had filet mignon) was so delicate and delicious I had a hard time not going in the kitchen and thanking the executive chef myself... It was the kind of restaurant I could see featured on the food network (I wouldn't be surprised if it already had been).
Awesome food, drinks, atmosphere, and wait staff. Highly recommend dining here!!!
Always great service! Always a smile! Had a fabulous (&50) birthday dinner tonight!!! Love these guys! Oh!!! Happy 8th Birthday to The Republic!
