I had a great experience with this parking complex. The staff was very helpful and made the process of getting a new parking permit quick and easy. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was such a smooth experience, and I really appreciate how efficient and supportive they were. Highly recommend!
After driving over 12 hours to move in, I was very disappointed to find the apartment dirty and unprepared. The floors were extremely dirty, the carpets still had pet food and cat hair, and there were several maintenance issues. We should expect a clean, move-in ready unit. All of the issues we found, especially the cleaning issues, should have been caught by the property manager or whoever does the final walks, but it’s clear that it either wasn’t done or ignored, given the overall condition of the unit. Upon move-in I discovered a number of issues that should have been resolved before new tenants arrived. The kitchen drawers were not cleaned out and had expired food, utensils, and cat hair left in them. The carpets were filthy and seem as though they haven’t been cleaned in the last decade, there was dirt and cat hair imbedded into them. I rented a carpet cleaner and did a few passes but I couldn’t get them to a comfortable level of cleanliness in the 4 hours I had with the machine.
