My son moved into a 3 bedroom with two friends. All UNR students. I can confirm what other reviews have mentioned. His apartment was not very clean upon move in. The carpets definitely should be replaced. Right outside of their unit there is massive amounts of pigeon poop and no one ever cleans it. My son says dogs poop is all over, too. Area around the complex is really dark, no street lights which makes me feel uneasy for my son to walk around the area. And NO guest parking whatsoever.

Love my republic apartment and all the goodies they always have !
Pretty chill place to live and affordable for students that work and go to school. They also host a lot of events for the residents that are really fun along with having special guest food trucks in the parking lot.
