Sean was great and showed us around with lots of patience All the time we felt welcomed and appreciTed
A dump. Filthy. Carpets are beyond stained. Do not think they were cleaned before move in. Floors are nasty is common areas, like hallways and elevators. A place that is supposed to be secure has broken gates. I tried to give grace and give the staff time to fix the gates. It has been over a month. Still not fixed. Doors are propped open. Anyone can get in. Furniture and cabinetry are chipped. Baseboards that are missing are just painted as if the wall is a baseboard. Apartments smell musty. I wish I could recommend this place but I didn't enjoy any of my time here. The 5-bedroom spot I moved into had a common area with 4 YEARS of dust, grime, and filth in it. They claimed it's because one of my roommates had been there for all 4 years and their company policy is to only clean the common area when none of the rooms have a tenant in them.
