We've been in our rental for 2.5 years and have had a great experience. Our house was clean and looked new at move in even though it's over ten years old. It's at the age where little things like faucets and such need repair and they always send someone out the same week. Very responsive. We're happy tenants.****Update**** We recently moved out after buying a house. I'm happy to report that we got our entire deposit back including the pet deposit. Rented from this company. Would not do it again, the owner of the condo we rented was so stingy he did not want to paint the unit so there were holes and scratches all over the walls. Property manager wanted us to paint the unit at no charge. When we moved in our stove was still dirty, full of debris. The tp holder was also hanging from the wall at move in.
