Over my years 10years in Bend I have always rented with The rental shop. Melissa was always there when the house needed repairs or a wasp nest or a blown water pipe burst in the driveway. Properties were allways clean and loved my time in Bend and felt very secure with The Rental Shop (541properties). Thank you again Melissa n company
I researched the company before applying for the property, and it had the best reviews in our area. Melissa was amazing to work with. She was efficient, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. We ultimately did not accept the offer of a lease because our current landlord decided to extend, but I would HIGHLY recommend working with this company.
We've been in our rental for 2.5 years and have had a great experience. Our house was clean and looked new at move in even though it's over ten years old. It's at the age where little things like faucets and such need repair and they always send someone out the same week. Very responsive. We're happy tenants.****Update**** We recently moved out after buying a house. I'm happy to report that we got our entire deposit back including the pet deposit.
