They do expections once a year for what I don’t know . They never upgrade anything or change out old stuff that’s needs to be change out . .They tell us let them know if we have anything that needs to be fixed or anything and they never do it ..North American Land And Development was nothing like this .. They made sure everything was up to part and came out and change everything that needed to be changed out ..I hate they switched us over ..
Horrible, extremely rude, and unprofessional company. Everything is a battle with them. They take no responsibility for things that go wrong. It’s always the tenants fault. The condescending and rude emails, texts, and calls are very upsetting. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Deanna was slow to respond. Offered a tour and then told us the house was unavailable the day after we toured, after paying a $60 application fee. Sent us to a trap house to tour to make up for it. Backyard resembles the Arabian desert, multiple stacks of rotting pallets. No flooring in the entire house just straight cracked concrete, mold on walls, cabinets painted by a toddler, trim missing on walls. Felt like I was on a prank show. Scammed out of $60. I do not recommend the rental association.

This has to be the most non caring people I have ever seen my friend has lived in a apartment for a long time years and years when her lease was up they would not renew it cause they going to make them into airbnb's that apartment doesn't have heat nor air the plugs are hanging out the walls her room is destroyed but she still stayed cause she has been there so long but they don't care gave her 60 days to get out and expected her to still pay rent she didn't so they went to the court house to file for a eviction cause of her... read more
