They kept $250 of my deposit talkin bout cleaning fee when I kno I cleaned the house. I'm glad Dawn was able to get me the rest of my money back tho. Make sure u take pics before u muv n & have witnesses so they can't say u did nun. They work wit u sumtimes but wen u muvin its he'll lol. 120 Church St In Sterlington La 71280, This Property is Terrible, I Have Spoke With Dawn & Have Been Told That The Maintenance Man Would Be Out To Fix These Problems, I Have Been Here Since The 1st Of December & I Haven’t Seen Him Come Fix Any Of These Problems, Dawn Offered Me $50 Off My Rent , Like That would Help. This is Ashame & Absolutely Ridiculous, Im Currently In The Process Of Filing A Civil Suit, Because This Is Causing Me To Be Depressed.

1101 Roselawn Ave House is a great house , but they don’t come fix anything when you call them , and the house is infested with rats , too expensive to be infested with rats .
