This has to be the most non caring people I have ever seen my friend has lived in a apartment for a long time years and years when her lease was up they would not renew it cause they going to make them into airbnb's that apartment doesn't have heat nor air the plugs are hanging out the walls her room is destroyed but she still stayed cause she has been there so long but they don't care gave her 60 days to get out and expected her to still pay rent she didn't so they went to the court house to file for a eviction cause of her... read more
They kept $250 of my deposit talkin bout cleaning fee when I kno I cleaned the house. I'm glad Dawn was able to get me the rest of my money back tho. Make sure u take pics before u muv n & have witnesses so they can't say u did nun. They work wit u sumtimes but wen u muvin its he'll lol. Make sure u find out bout all the utilities u need from jump cause I was told only electric then found out months later bout water & sewer. Other then that Dawn us so sweet & caring & try to help.
