1101 Roselawn Ave House is a great house , but they don’t come fix anything when you call them , and the house is infested with rats , too expensive to be infested with rats .
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I cleaned this place better than it was when I moved in and was still denied my deposit, part of it was a $250 cleaning fee. They also charged $275 for tape on the walls that was easily peeled off and claimed they had to repaint. Oh, and not to mention $50 for a broken blind that was already broken when I moved in. The house was raggedy and the neighbors were a nightmare so while I am annoyed they robbed me of my deposit, I'm glad to be in a nicer house now.
