Had a contract to reno loft, 3 bathrooms, floor, removal of popcorn ceiling in 2nd floor - paid $44,000+ and never fully completed. Contacted T-ROC regarding pending reno & defects since contractor Michael no longer works there - they told me to sue contractor. Extremely unprofessional, rude and Michael overcharged for poor quality unfinished work
Debated whether to chronologize the events that took place, but decided that it simply would take up too much space. Last year we contracted Michael to renovate (complete gut) 2 bathrooms. Signed the contract and paid the deposit 5 weeks before we took possession of the house. Told Michael we would like to move in 5 weeks after taking possession and he confirmed in an email that it wouldn't be a problem. Michael was great to work with! He came out with the quote quickly and offered great suggestions to improve our kitchen in our new home. We had a tight timeline as we have a baby on the way and he was able to shuffle things around to ensure that we had the work done with time to spare. He went above and beyond, adding features to our closet that weren't in the original plans and even looked at one of our appliances that needs repair for us.
