Can’t believe how much I am enjoying my workouts! (Not something I expected!) Brenton and Shell are amazing and I am already feeling the benefits from the training. Looking forward to building up my strength and in turn improving my overall health.
I absolutely love the mums and bubs workouts at this gym! The trainers are so supportive and understanding of life with a baby, and the sessions are a great mix of fitness and fun. It feels amazing to move my body while still being able to keep my little one close. Such a welcoming and encouraging environment—I always leave feeling stronger and happier!
Having recently changed over from another gym I could not be happier. Supportive, positive, encouraging environment. Passionate and educated trainers who will push you but correct your form and technique with demonstrations always given. Supervised creche available for those who would like to take their children. Could not recommend more.
I was hesitant to join a gym and put it off for quite a while. I made contact and from the first phone call with Shell I felt like I'd be supported. She listened and was encouraging. Once in the gym the support continues! The trainers set you up for success and enjoyment. My only regret was putting off joining sooner.
Just started two weeks ago and the gym is great with some testing machines but the staff are very encouraging and supportive always ready to offer alternative exercises to suit your fitness abilities
