Having recently changed over from another gym I could not be happier. Supportive, positive, encouraging environment. Passionate and educated trainers who will push you but correct your form and technique with demonstrations always given. Supervised creche available for those who would like to take their children. Could not recommend more.
I was hesitant to join a gym and put it off for quite a while. I made contact and from the first phone call with Shell I felt like I'd be supported. She listened and was encouraging. Once in the gym the support continues! The trainers set you up for success and enjoyment. My only regret was putting off joining sooner.
Just started two weeks ago and the gym is great with some testing machines but the staff are very encouraging and supportive always ready to offer alternative exercises to suit your fitness abilities
Love it ! Great trainers and atmosphere makes it easy to get up and go every morning
Have been at Resolute for just under two years. Has been amazing since I walked in the door. Have felt welcome & supported the whole time. Great coaches, very friendly, focus on technique & opportunities to challenge myself. Not your typical Gym! Highly recommended:)
