I wanted to give Resolute Resistance a shout out. I have only been a member for about 7 weeks but I am loving how tough the classes are. The coaches have great knowledge and are super motivating. An extra thanks to Brenton who has give me some extra advice for footy training. Well done legends.
If you’re looking for a gym to not only feel stronger but empowered and supported, I couldn’t speak more highly of Resolute Resistance! A gym that is even fun for your kids to come along too.
Amazing coaches and a great community! The crèche for kids is so good and allows mums to still focus on getting their workout in !
I’ll be hitting one year at RR in Jan and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve gained so much! Stronger more confidence, routine, and a massive improvement in my mental health. The trainers are supportive, the environment is welcoming, and I actually look forward to showing up. So grateful I found this place!
Can’t believe how much I am enjoying my workouts! (Not something I expected!) Brenton and Shell are amazing and I am already feeling the benefits from the training. Looking forward to building up my strength and in turn improving my overall health.
