I couldn’t be happier to be a member at RR! The atmosphere is amazing; super welcoming & motivating from the moment you walk in. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to support you, whilst also pushing you to be your best. It’s a great balance that’s helped me stay consistent and see real progress. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and results-driven gym :)
Resolute Resistance training is the best thing I’ve done for myself in years! My back used to ache for a couple of hours every morning but, after 3 months of training, it has stopped! The gym is very welcoming to all types - younger, older, male, female… The instructors are very helpful, especially if you’re inexperienced. I feel stronger, my diet has improved and so has my mood Win win win!
