I went to The Reno Gold Exchange and brought my 14kt ring. What pissed me off is that he used his electronic gold testing gun and he said it was only 12kt and offered me a low blow. I left and went to Sierra silver gold where they tested it and it came back 14 it gold and they offered $400 extra dollars more then reno gold exchange. They get 4 thumbs down
Thank you Jacob for a excellent selling experience. He didn't disappear to a back room, he weighed my jewelry & looked up the price on the computer in front of me. No waiting for payment. He offered cash or a check. Even though the company is in the process of moving the service for me and others that arrived was just as if nothing at all was happening. It was smooth and very accommodating. I will definitely return to buy jewelry in the future.
