This place is an absolute rip off!!! The place had holes in the doors from previous renters, they are trying to keep my deposit (600.00) and saying we owe them another 600.00 ! Sounds to me like someone is pocketing the money and never fixing what needs to be fixed. Look out MANAGEMENT! Cause here I come! I want to see books, and what has been paid for and what has been fixed. If the numbers do not match up, looks like we have a lawsuit.
Worst place I ever lived, holly is a piece shit and management sucked when we moved in our apartment was infested with flees and had to pay out of pocket to fix it and they tried their hardest to screw us over when we left DO NOT MOVE HERE!
This place is by far the worst place ever, management sucks to the highest, while staying here a tree fell on my car, my apt flooded damaging some of my things i have received no compensation or even an we are sorry, currently my windows were broken by two military soldiers and the complex wants me to pay even though i have witnesses to this incident. I hate i ever moved here and am currently trying to move, i refuse to pay for something i didn't do.
worst apartment complex ever. stay away and avoid the headache of living here with poor professional employees and supervisors. they dont care who they hurt as long as they make money
