Don’t listen to anything other than the amazing reviews about Renaissance at Norman! This place is absolutely incredible. The grounds are so well maintained, the office team is fantastic and the maintenance team is always a pleasure to interact with. I have nothing but great things to say about here! They’re so communicative and keep the community updated on everything.
I lived at the Renaissance at Norman Apartments for nearly three years, and my fiancé joined me in May 2024. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here. The maintenance team was consistently responsive and helpful, including for after-hours requests, and the shared facilities ($15/month fee) were always clean and well-maintained. i moved into renaissance with my family just over a half a year ago and i couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. the office team, ashley and joanna, are so kind and understanding and have been nothing short of amazing! i’ve only had a small maintenance issue and they responded quickly and were so efficient and kind! and the landscaping?! stunning. the pool area is also like having our own resort! it’s so beautiful! i love the resident events they have, it really makes renaissance feel like home, not just an apar... read more
