We are vvery happy to have Craig as our maintenance guy. He knows how the apartments work and how to fix any problems.
Don’t listen to anything other than the amazing reviews about Renaissance at Norman! This place is absolutely incredible. The grounds are so well maintained, the office team is fantastic and the maintenance team is always a pleasure to interact with. I have nothing but great things to say about here! They’re so communicative and keep the community updated on everything.
I lived at the Renaissance at Norman Apartments for nearly three years, and my fiancé joined me in May 2024. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here. The maintenance team was consistently responsive and helpful, including for after-hours requests, and the shared facilities ($15/month fee) were always clean and well-maintained.
