the building reeks of mold and roaches. Please do not get sold by the leasing agent . The building had leaks from every wall and it doesn’t fully dry. Run !!!

The caulking in the bathroom was terrible it was old dirty caulk packed on top of old dirty caulk on to of old dirty caulk. There is a leak in the build that causes mold. I have only been here 5 months now! I haven’t had any issues other than my ceiling collapsed and bugs but the leasing staff and maintenance are on point, they are very friendly and professional! It may take a minute for a request but will get the job done!
Thank you so much for the excellent service and going out of your way. I liked it so much I expended my lease for another year. The office manager and staff are truly amazing. The above and beyond to the best abilities for their tenants. Thank you!
