These apartments are horrible. Upon moving in a week ago the pipes burst in my unit and I have no working air conditioning. I am currently paying for a hotel because the unit is not livable. I am a US veteran with PTSD and the leasing agent Crystal Mulwee was very disrespectful and condescending. This has been a horrible experience for someone that has served this country and I would never recommend moving here to anyone.
I’ve been living at Indigo Riverview for about a year now, and I really enjoy living here. The apartment is nice, the location is great, and the river view is amazing, especially in the evenings! A big shoutout to Crystal and Madison in the leasing office. They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. They truly make the community feel welcoming. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m happy to call Indigo Riverview home.
DO NOT MOVE HERE Read all other reviews carefully. Building is in a state of disrepair. Wait for management to publicly address this instead of replying to the comments here with "please contact us"
This place is not “second chance” friendly. If you owe ANY type of balances on any apartments in the past or utilities they will NOT approve you to move here. I had to pay a $50 application fee ALONG with a $150 admin fee just to APPLY. Both non refundable. $200 gone down the drain and they won’t even refund the admin fee.
