Booked through Expedia. Checked in before check in time was over and was good overnight. Front desk clerk was great at that time. Rooms were comfortable and decent. Had an issue with the key card on one of my rooms but the desk clerk fixed the issue with no problem. I was checking out at 10:30am when the (NEW) front desk person told me I had an $120 balance due. Very enjoyable experience and good location to a lot of downtown Shreveport. Employees were super friendly and helpful during our stay!
My family and I recently stayed at the Remington on April 16-18. We arrived with lots of luggage and gifts and were immediately taken care of by Jacob. He came rushing out to help us!!!! The manager K2 coordinated gift baskets for all of my guests with chilled champage! The Staff went out of their way to help us have a pleasant stay!
