My wife surprised me with a birthday massage at the spa, and I have to say — it was top notch. Laya was amazing from start to finish. I got an hour-long deep tissue massage. If you’re looking for your next massage, give them a try. I’ll be back soon
To be honest we absolutely loved the place and the people that worked there. It is sooooo charming and alot of history. However I believe it is really understaffed which reflects when you are going to a boutique style stay. Never came and tidied up the room while we were there for 4 days and very rarely was someone at the front desk or bar area. A must stay. Exceptional in every way. The spa & salon are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is top tier.
First time staying here, Loved the Location and the entire esthetic of the Hotel! So beautiful on the inside, & I just loved how the room was decorated!!! Now I will be rearranging my bedroom lol. Major shoutout to K2 🥳 !!! She was nothing short of amazing 🤩 she helped me out without a question! I definitely would stay here anytime I’m in Shreveport.
