Do NOT rely on this hotel if you need the amenities they advertise. I specifically booked the loft room with a kitchen because my daughter has severe food allergies and we must prepare her meals ourselves. To be absolutely sure, I called the hotel three separate times before our stay to confirm the kitchen would have plates, utensils, and cookware. Each time I was assured everything would be there. This hotel is disgusting. I checked into my room, and there was FECES in the toilet. The entire room smelled. They didn't even offer to change my room. They also refused to refund me. DO NOT STAY HERE. Hilton is around the corner and is actually clean. Hotel & SPA??? LOLOL. Do not be fooled!
Eclectic building and rooms. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room did not function, and there were some shenanigans with the front desk not staffed and lobby doors unlocked at 10:30pm. Not at all loud as some reviews mentioned, but maybe I was lucky.
