The linoleum was peeling up in the bathroom from water damage and likely had mold underneath. Entire hotel smelled funny and moldy. Water tasted and smelled moldy and gross. Employees were soooo nice.
We stayed Friday Valentine’s Day night of 2025. The suite was nice. It had a mini fridge, living area and table. However, the jacuzzi tub did not work. I called to check if I was missing a button, but they confirmed it was broken. I believe that is something they should’ve stated on the phone with me before I paid for the room. I travel regularly for work and often get stuck in generic/mid hotels because of their convenience to my work. I chose the Remington Suites because it seemed like it would be an alternative to that, but at a similar rate. I LOVED staying at this hotel and will always come back whenever I'm in Shreveport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the building is very cool and the themed rooms are awesome.
