We loved this place. The artist-themed rooms are so cute. Our room was clean and cozy, the staff were all great. They are pet-friendly so our little one was able to travel with us. We will definitely stay here again.
Phenomenal service! Management was friendly, the spa was incredible (Ask for Ms. Wren), and a 5-min uber to all of the casinos. We will definitely be returning.
Expectations were low based on past reviews. The hotel itself is clean. The bed was comfortable and the massage spa was absolutely amazing. The room itself didn’t have much sound proofing, you could hear a light switch get turned on in the neighboring suites just to paint a picture of what to expect. There was an issue where my car was grabbed by valet when I didn’t ask for it and they said they got the room numbers mixed up. Friendly staff, each room was artist inspired, ours was Renoir. Was within walking distance of everything we needed to get to including convention center. Right next to covered parking garage that you can use park hero. Highly recommended.
This hotel is AMAZING! It’s such a unique style and so pretty. The service was great too. Personally enjoyed Tyler at the front desk. We got in super late and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend
