Shane is serious about his craft and it shows.
I got my first haircut from Shane in mid-March of 2020, just days before Covid hit, and I've been a regular ever since. In the last six years, circumstances have twice forced me to get my hair cut elsewhere in NW Portland, and both times I was disappointed. Shane sets a high bar. I'm picky about who cuts my hair, and I couldn't be happier with Shane at The Remedy. He's skilled with scissors, of course, but also with people. If you're feeling chatty, he'll chat. — Excellent Precision Cuts & More — The Remedy Barbershop and Social Club is my go-to barbershop and Shane is my go-to barber. I get an excellent precision haircut every 5 weeks. At the end of each cut, Shane includes a neck shave and a steaming warm towel. Complimentary beer, sparkling water or a whiskey shot is another added amenity also, the socializing comes free!
Purchased some wax melts at a pop up shop they did in front of Tough Luck and absolutely love the scent. Had no idea they were a barbershop too! Now I know what to gift my partner!
