The person doing my body wrap was 10 minutes late. The door to the building was locked when I got there. I wasn't informed that I'd need a change of clothes. The service wasn't explained to me at all, I was just instructed to get on the table IN JEANS AND A SWEATER. I opted to do it in my underwear instead. When the timer went off, no one came so I had to unzip myself out of the pouch. there wasn't a towel or paper towels so I had to walk, in my underwear and dripping with sweat, to the door to yell for help. awesome place, very clean, well informed and let me tell you She is awesome and makes you feel comfortable and fully understand anything you are having done. anytime I get a chance I am telling people about the rejuvenation center and how they should go. Everything I have tried there has been awesome and I am always telling people about the neuro spa and how it relaxe it makes you.

I had a wonderful experience in the spa capsule! It's like a steam room + water jets. Your head sticks out while you listen to some soothing music and drift away. This experience was so soothing I fell asleep. I will definitely be back. I am looking forward to try other services.
