Yesterday came into the new re-furbished Reject Shop. It was closed for a month to get it ready for new store/new layout. Very disappointed with layout, and attitude of staff working there. Store layout very clinical & cramped. No staff around to ask for assistance. I got a few items, and went to pay. The line was long, as there was 6 people & one register open. I asked the staff member if another register could be opened. I was told it was 'store policy' to only open a 2nd register, if it was MORE than (6). Seriously? Obvio... read more
New store upgrade, looks nice but the isles are to long lay out completely different to be expected, was better before in my eyes.
I shop regular at different reject-shops, and enjoy yours the most. It’s a pleasure to walk through, neat, tidy and well organised with friendly staff. Its obvious the manager takes pride in her work. She is a great asset for your company. Looking forward to my next visit.
It was busy with many customers. Isles were crowded ... some from being narrow and others due to shelves being stocked.
Came in here to get Christmas decorations they have beautiful Christmas decorations out however I heard a young female worker say "I hate Christmas just because I have to work in retail" I was honestly so shocked she said it loudly too so customers could clearly hear her she made it sound like the customers are bothering her and being a nuisance while shopping for Christmas decorations. Thank you to the lovely lady at the register named Anaya you were polite and that put a smile on my face more people should be like you.
