You have a female staff member at the Clayton St store who was lovely and kind to me yesterday. Upon posting a public thank you to her on a local Facebook page yesterday, I see that this was not an isolated incident and many people also commented, saying that she is kind, caring and that it is appreciated. You are lucky to have her working at your store.
I would give 0 Stars if I could. The experience at The Reject Shop at Bellevue is far from pleasant. I purchased a sunshade with a printed picture at the front at the end of December 2024. 4 months later the print started to peel off. I purchased different sunshades in the past and never experienced this issue. I went to the Reject Shop on Tuesday to return it as I still had a receipt.
