Tall Rory with black hair and blonde eyelashes as employee, who works at the checkout, is extremely rude to a deaf customer. He refuses to serve him, ignores him, and hides at the back of the store. Rory's behavior is unacceptable, and he should be fired immediately. Rory refused to befriend a deaf customer, who had done nothing wrong. I went to to the counter with to pay , and just asked to help me with the product price . The lady in the counter totally shut me down and told me “ put the product in the place, from where you picked “. Me and my husband was totally shocked . Horrible behaviour from a staff member, I have ever received today.
Firstly went to the checkout for help, because no staff on the floor, then went for another look, found someone, asked then nicely can you show me, she rudely shrugged her shoulders and said do I have too. Even though at the end i got what I want. Just staff rude all round made it a bad experience.
