Tall Rory with black hair and blonde eyelashes as employee, who works at the checkout, is extremely rude to a deaf customer. He refuses to serve him, ignores him, and hides at the back of the store. Rory's behavior is unacceptable, and he should be fired immediately. Rory refused to befriend a deaf customer, who had done nothing wrong. The deaf customer wanted to befriend Rory, but Rory's behavior changed, and he declined. I went to to the counter with to pay , and just asked to help me with the product price . The lady in the counter totally shut me down and told me “ put the product in the place, from where you picked “. Me and my husband was totally shocked . Horrible behaviour from a staff member, I have ever received today.
