This started out a good experience. When we complained to the Administration about the problems with the night staff, the problems got worse. They would not respond to calls for help and Bob had to get out of bed and find a Nurse. They were sleeping on the couch. This happened on 3 different nights, same Nurse. The Administration did not respond well to criticism and they made decisions about his discharge, without discussing it with us or his Surgeon. Hopefully his Surgeon let's him go home tomorrow. Its a very great place to work. I would have no problems with putting my loved ones here. Caring people and very upscale living facility.
I was there a few months ago the staff and center I'm amazed praised by their hard work to get you back to Health and home they give you the tools to stay strong thank you Jerry
We are SO grateful that we were able to get out mother in law, Jeanie into Sandalwood. I don't think she would've made the incredible come back that she did without them! They are kind, the facility is beautiful, and she just loves the staff! She did have her favorites though! Megan, RN, Susan, RN, Angela, Ruby, and Hope! Thank you so much for taking such loving care of our precious mother <3 Beth Monge
