An excellent place, very friendly staff, beautiful location, well maintained
Welcome letter contained wrong math and was much more than expected so we decided not to move forward. I asked for a refund but the property manager refused stating it was against the policy. Ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Our first red flag should have been the property falsely advertising two months free and in reality only offering one month free upon move-in. We’ve decided to move to the neighboring property that’s offering 2.5 months free with no amenity fees and a lower base rent.
I highly advise to not apply at the Registry on the park. The leasing office provided a quote to us which we agreed to and applied based on the quote given. Shortly after they decided to revise the quote to increase the rates at which point we decided to not move forward. They refused to then refund any application fees. The website also stated a 2 month free promotion for the apartment yet when providing us our quote they stated they would not apply that promotion. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. We have mostly enjoyed our time, however, since Willow Bridge’s (formerly known as Lincoln Property Company) acquisition of the property in 2021, quality of building has deteriorated. Often, one or more of our three elevators are out of service (for a 25 floor building). Maintenance materials such as replacement flooring and sliding glass doors are stored in the open air parking garage with excessive bird droppings all over them. Registry on the Park is located on a quiet street just a short walk from Piedmont Park, which made it an appealing option for staying in Midtown. My partner liked the finishes, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows, but noted the views varied depending on the apartment. This was an important factor for him since he works from home most days.
