Were do I begin. I started in June with Dr. Yelavarthi, his bedside manner is above an beyond and his understanding of my back pain is spot on. Everything he explained about my pain in my back and how he can fix it came true. As of today I am walking 3 miles daily with NO PAIN, in my back or traveling down my legs as before. Dr Yelavarthi is GOD SENT! Before I started his plan I could not even get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, in March. THANKYOU DR. YELAVARTHI for giving me my LIFE BACK!!!!!
I went to this facility less than 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for the last 4 days. The front desk/office staff is very rude and is not helpful at all. They could care less about assisting you and helping you get your issues resolved. When my prescription was sent in it was sent in liquid format. Now here I sit waiting for a new prescription to be sent in pill format. I have no idea when this will be completed. I really don't want to call the office again and be treated so rudely
I wish I could give them a zero. Absolutely incompetent front desk. They cant get the pharmacy right. After 4 calls it finally went thru. I came in with high blood pressure (182/111) from the pain and the PA Gema said "everything looks fine. Dr Henry is pathetic sorry excuse for a Dr. He couldn't make eye contact if his life depended on it. When you explain the pain your in he stares at you like he himself is a user. In 39 years of being on this earth I do not think I have had a more frustrating experience with a company that was taking my money. I've had 7+ procedures in the last 2 years there and will never do business with them again. Sadly not because of the doctor or medical team but due to office and billing. In a 5 month window i've been trying to address a mistake on their end and have called over 30 times with no answer. I've gone months without a response to my repeated messages in their "klara" system. I did THEM a favor b... read more
