Terrible Place to Live When I moved in years ago, the office was well-staffed, maintenance was timely, and communication was frequent. That is simply no longer the case. The office now closes whenever it wants and isn't open on weekends at all (how are you going to have office hours M-F 9-6 when most of the population works 8-5???). There is frequent staff turnover. Bait and switch The walls are paper thin. If they show you a unit make sure it's the one you're moving into.

Stay away! I stayed there for about 6 months. We had tons of bugs. They could not find a solution. We covered all walls and cracks that bugs might get in, it did not work. We moved out they send a bill of $800 for fixes. $400 for paint, $100 for "crack walls", $300 for cleaning and $50 for hooking up a cabinet door !Units are so small. you hear all the noise neighbor making. You don't believe me? Just move in to see.
Not what we thought Before moving in to the apartments, the outside and walk through were great! It wasn't till we moved in that we started having all the issues. There's no insulation in the walls, therefor you can hear every little thing your neighbors do. Whether its the side neighbors or the ones above or below you. Its not just like they are yelling, its more you can hear them snoring at night, you can hear the creaking of the bed when they get up in the morning, the alarm clock going off.
