Don't bother wasting your money to apply. As great as this place seems, they never answer their phone and when you try emailing them about your application update (AFTER the request you send in info you know for a fact was already on the application), you won't get any replies. Not to mention, they'll still (illegally) charge you if you have a service anime and claim that because it's not a pet fee but an "animal fee" that's fine (I talked to a lawyer after being told that. That's absolutely incorrect and against ADA laws)
For the most part it's ok. If you don't mind a few of nosey judgemental people on occasion. The halls stink alot because there's no ventilation. They have people constantly watching everyone. If you dont mind smoke seeping into your apartment and constantly being monitored like a criminal you won't mind this place.
