We have lived at the Regency for a number of years. It never was "great", but some of the residents made it ok. Now, it is totally different. The new management company, Implicity, is not to be trusted. The owners, Riddick, are even worse. The place is in terrible shape. Leaks, no ac, bugs, washing machines don't work, people with dogs let them do their business in the elevator (that breaks down), the older residents that have lived here for years are the worst of the worst. Run like hell away from this place! It is horrible! Leaks, mold, no ac, horrible tenants/neighbors, dog feces everywhere, elevator that breaks down, stairwell has dog crap in it and smells horrible, makes u sick, wasps, flies, wash machine haven't worked in months and months, people wash their dirty dog blankets/bed in the wash machines and leave the machines dirty and broken, there are hoarders that live here, the management make some adhere to the rules while others she lets do what ever they want, it is getting worse sinc... read more
