Office staff are not approachable irrespective of schedule office time.
I honestly don’t even know where to start. This place is a total disaster. Management is completely unreachable — they NEVER answer calls, NEVER reply to emails, and it’s like they don’t even exist. There’s no physical office anywhere, so when you actually need help, good luck finding anyone. A few weeks ago, smoke was coming out of my stove, and I reported it right away. This place used to be better, but it was purchased by a larger corporate management company in ~2023 and is (i) unreachable by phone to request apartment repairs/service; and (ii) will surely scam you out of your security deposit + charge you for "normal wear and tear" (painting walls after 3 years!) when you move out despite your best efforts to convince them otherwise. They denied my application automatically without telling me until a week or two later after I called (took multiple tries/days) them asking what was up and then they replied back. I had a deadline for moving in and then after waiting a few weeks they didn't reply so I sent them another email asking what was going on since I had to be in America at a certain day and they ignored me (2 weeks) (rang and emailed all ignored) until a few days before I was meant to be in (after I called and emailed them they wouldn't of gotten bac... read more
I have to say this is a nice place to call home. It’s situated conveniently right by ASU but it isn’t located in a very busy area. Ericka (spelling) is an amazing manager. She always addresses any and all questions or issues promptly. She is always smiling and asking me how I am. She’s also easy on the eyes too. In all she makes this place a lot nicer and I’m pleased with my decision to live here. EDIT: Ever since some corporate place called Bryten took over, the place has gone downhill quickly.
