They denied my application automatically without telling me until a week or two later after I called (took multiple tries/days) them asking what was up and then they replied back. I have to say this is a nice place to call home. It’s situated conveniently right by ASU but it isn’t located in a very busy area. Ericka (spelling) is an amazing manager. She always addresses any and all questions or issues promptly. She is always smiling and asking me how I am. She’s also easy on the eyes too. In all she makes this place a lot nicer and I’m pleased with my decision to live here. EDIT: Ever since some corporate place called Bryten took over, the place has gone downhill quickly. It is impossible to get in contact with management. They have different work hours across their website, google, and what's posted outside the leasing office of when they're available and no matter what - it's all lies legit no one works here. Once I finally got in contact with them through email and set up an appointment, no one bothered to show up or even reach out to cancel before hand. This place is good. Apartments are spacious and considerably affordable to what is offered near university Loved living here, and the maintenance service is amazing and fast that they will even help you over the clock. Jake, who handles maintenace here always helped me beyond and I really appreciate his service. The only complaint I'd was that I faced problems with scorpions, but that was solved kind of late though.
