I do not live here. But the times I have visited there is trash everywhere, dogs roaming freely, a million and 1 cats and now at 830 am the neighbors playing NWA as if these folks don't work, just got off from work or whatever. These apartments are raggedy and if you live over here you know exactly who you are. Augusta needs to do better.
