The doctor was terrible. All staff and technicians were kind and efficient. But the actual doctor was horrible. After initial exams and prescription review me and other patients were left waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Dilation takes 20-30 minutes, I would even understand maybe a half hour delay because of a lot of patients or something. But we were left waiting for sperber for exactly 2 hours after I already got my prescription. Everyone in the office was experienced, competent and pleasant. Full exam plus wait time: one hour. Works for me!!
I was disappointed with my experience. The doctor was kind but rushed through my appointment, even though I waited months to be seen. But I really loved the nurse who took me before the doctor. She was very sincere and listen to all of my concerns and wrote all the details. The front desk staff, particularly a woman with short, light brown hair, was extremely unprofessional. Dr. Sperbert operated both of my eyes and after many sleep less nights, thinking about them surgeries, I have to say it has been a blessing. I did not experience (1) omega second of discomfort or pain. Maybe I'm lucky, but I can see why Dr. Weseley recommended me to have Dr Sperbert do both procedures. Extremely recommended Thanks.
Excellent Eye Surg & Dr. Yes there are long waits btwn patients being seen . If you can’t wait to be seen by an excellent Dr then just go to In & Out Eye practice.
