Best customer service in the industry
I did not have a great experience, unfortunately. I was really looking forward to getting my kitchen done with the Refinishing Guys; however, they told me I could expect to hear back in about 4-5 days with a final quote but it's been a whole month now and nothing! Cary was very nice when he came out but why waste both of our time coming to my house if you're not going to answer the phone or give me a quote to move forward afterwards. Very unprofessional.
Excellent service and a quality finish. Theo, Cary, and Carol were great to work with. They did a professional quality job removing thermafoil and repainting our kitchen cabinets. We loved the way they turned out. I highly recommend The Refinishing Guys. Will most likely use them again when we’re ready to do the bathroom cabinets. Thanks for the great job!
