My first time getting a facial and I can hardly wait for my next one. Sierra was absolutely outstanding!! Great music, great atmosphere, and so relaxing. Just a great experience. I am a huge fan of Sierra.
I visited The Refinery, a couple months ago and I have to give a special shoutout to Spencer at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Spencer was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I was very nervous for my treatment, and he instantly set a calm vibe, and made me feel at ease! Thank you refinery, and thank you spencer!

Highly recommend getting your waxing done with Kacey! The experience was quick, comfortable, and noticeably less painful compared to my past waxes. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had.
