Hands down best self-care appointment of my life. I didn't know what to expect, but Claire explained everything thoroughly before starting. She made me feel so comfortable. I got the 1 hour signature facial. She took her time and went so slow and was intentional with every step. I will definitely be back! Front desk girls were also very kind. Office was clean and organized!
I love my appointments with Melissa! She takes her time during my appointments and answers my questions. She is so knowledgeable—truly an expert. We work together to talk through my concerns and decide on a plan. She is super caring and gentle. The office is beautiful, and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Refinery offers a membership for added savings, too!
Sarah is the BEST! My lip filler is always perfectly shaped with natural volume, and my Botox looks flawless every single time. After years of consistent, beautiful results, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. My only complaint is that I didn’t start coming here sooner! 😂 The entire team is amazing, friendly, professional, and talented. They do an incredible job of keeping everything natural while still delivering results that make you look well-rested and glowing. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is wonderful, and it’s honestly one of my favorite appointments to keep on the calendar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great results and an even better experience!
