Sarah makes you feel so comfortable, ask questions to help you decide what is going to be the best treatment for your needs, and takes the time to actually listen. She is honest with her suggestions for your plan and never gives off a "sales" vibe. She is compassionate and shows genuine interest in what your desired results are. I’ve been seeing Melissa at The Refinery for my skincare and wellness, and she is absolutely incredible! I was recommended to go here due to a dog bite ripping part of my lip off resulting in stitches years ago. I was self conscious about my lips and could never have a rested face in photos or it would be horribly noticeable. The first appointment Sarah was very honest and stated this might not take it all away but will make it less noticeable. I loved the honesty and Sarah talked me through the whole treatment. Melissa is truly wonderful. During my consultation, she took the time to address all of my concerns and offered thoughtful recommendations focused on treating the root causes of the areas where I felt I was looking more “aged.” Instead of providing a “quick fix” to one or two isolated spots, as I’ve experienced in the past, she created a comprehensive treatment plan that I feel will provide much more satisfactory results long-term. Sarah and her staff are amazing! I know when I go there I will not be disappointed! I just recently had a facial by Claire, and probably the best facial i had ever had, and I have had a lot. Sarah is honest and will give you her opinion and will explain everything so you feel at ease and comfortable. I recommend to all!
