It took me a while to write this for review. I was so shook disappointed and upset I needed to take time to collect my thoughts. I was so thrilled to find a gym walking distance to the apartments I just moved into, I really vibed with the weight training instructor I believe her name was Ashley but can’t be sure as of now. I usually take Brittany’s classes and she’s awesome. She balances the workout so well and does a great job keeping you from getting bored. I always leave feeling great!
I needed to start working out again after a back injury and decide that Frederik Schaaf would be a good fit. Frederik has been great helping me get stronger and not re-injuring my back. My overall experience with both the gym and the trainers have been great.
Very helpful staff.
I'm so sore, in the best way!
