I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this landlord. In my experience, I was evicted while I was out of town, without proper notice, and when I returned, my personal property had been removed and some items were missing or damaged. I was never given a lawful opportunity to retrieve my belongings, which was extremely distressing and disruptive.
