This place is the best....THE BEST.....stay in Yosemite. Period. Wawona is outside the valley but a pretty quick drive, sleepy and off the grid even during the summer. Cabins are great varying from plain one-bedrooms to giant ones that sleep 12 and have a jacuzzi. I love the ones on N Hoover Street. A quick walk/drive to the history center, which has some great old cabins and the covered bridge is a must walk. Iv been going to Yosemite every summer since I was 2 and my father had been going since he was a little boy it's been a tradition in my family for generations and the winter is even more beautiful and the redwoods is a great place to stay
Stayed at cabin #24 during Labor Day Weekend 2014. We loved the home and the location was really great! We had such a fantastic weekend; we loved reading the visitor's logbook and hearing all the stories of travelers' previous visits! Will definitely be back!
