lived here for almost 5 years and worst property managers and maintenance workers i've ever seen. They also destroyed my brand new vehicle from damages caused by the building & the previous management and had over 10k worth of damages to my vehicle and they said they were not liable for any of it... Go look for another place to live and feel safe. This is not the place to be.
I scheduled a tour here and no one showed up. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, along with another guy who had been there earlier in the morning too and said both times no one was in the office. They left a note on the office door saying they were on a tour, but I do not believe they actually were. I called multiple times but their only phone is inside the office. As of March 2025, we have had a very effectual turn around in management. The maintenance staff is amazing, the new manager Rachel has been on top of everything and now we have Bader as a managing company. Addy one point, i was looking into moving after 2yrs here but now many of the insufferable things we had to endured has changed for the better; maintenance staff and management are professional, respectful and attentive, giving the property and residents the attention we need. I met with Rachel last week for some showings and she was awesome. Great information, kind and personable. She listened to our needs and concerns and at face value seems relaible and trustworthy. My wife and I were a bit surprised to then look at the google reviews and find various recent complaints. It sounds like she is newer to the management team and if she sticks around I'm confident that better reviews will continue to come in.
