Great product, and great service that's five stars from me
After much research I bought a Greenworks zero turn from the Dandenong store at a fantastic price. Unfortunately once I used it at home I discovered it wasn't the right type of mower for my property as I have some steep parts which it isn't designed for. Redshed have a fantastic policy where they will allow you to swap your mower within 30 days of use if it's not right so I asked to swap for the tractor version and despite having some use and no longer being brand new, they happily swapped it over for me.
