Mixed experience... I recently dropped off my Tanaka whipper snipper for a quote to repair and possibly service. I was given a slip and told they would contact me with the cost before proceeding with any work. Instead, about two weeks later I was told, “Your machine is ready to be picked up.” The machine had been serviced and repaired without my approval.
