I am not too sure who is to blame for this, but the company I saw performing the work was The Redland company. They completed road construction along 4th street in homestead, and throughout the neighborhood and they have absolutely ruined our roads. Massive potholes, big steel plates and loose grave now are present across the neighborhood. The roads were not horrible before they showed up and started digging but now it truly is the absolute worst road in homestead. It should be criminal how they have completed this work.
