The Redding Group has managed my rental unit for many years now and I have always found them courteous and very responsive. My main goal was to really never have to interact with tenants directly and to have maintenance monitored and dealt with promptly. Redding Group takes care of both topics without issue.
We have been using property managers for over 20 years across several states. We have experienced good and bad organizations. The Redding Group would be one of the good.
