Kate, she did amazing on my hair. It has never felt so light and fluffy, don’t even get me started on the blonde it was cool and warm perfectly what I asked for. Please check her out she does such a great job.
I really debated posting this — I’ve sat on it for a while, but I’ve never left a salon feeling this disappointed and worried if continuing blonde is the best course for me after this. I went in for a root touch-up and she corrected a band left by a previous stylist from another salon. My hair processed for what felt like nearly two hours in foils, and my total appointment time was around four hours — much longer than I’ve ever experienced.
