Eh have mixed opinions about this company. I bought a refurbished vivobook off Walmart that was sold by them. And it worked for school work when I needed something cheap and semi nice. But it was advertised to have a gtx 1650 and didn't. But I got a chuwi gemi book and it looks almost new even had the manufacture QC sticker still on it and it's pretty much as stated. Still got the Walmart protection plan tho.
Easy and fast loading. Dock closet to the shipping office
Purchased a refurbished laptop from them. Worked for two days before it shut off and wouldn't restart and the charger didn't work. Requested a return label and a refund. They sent a return label but it has no barcode, which I learned through google is a way for sellers to scam buyers. Will be escalating with eBay if they do not send a good return label in 24hours.
Absolutely horrible place to work for,horrible upper management and they treat their employees like dirt. Wouldn't recommend them as a job,or recommend anyone to buy anything from their website vipoutlet.com. As much is over priced, and or is damaged.
I wouldn't take this job again if my life depend upon it. Had to release screens I don't know how many times let alone being with different people to show you.
