Just recently started doing a plunge and looking at things to take my recovery to the next level. I truly believe this has helped me in so many ways from recovering after a tough workout, to increasing my mental health. It is hard at first because the water is cold, but after a few sessions you get used to it and actually start looking forward to the next session. The rooms are absolutely spotless and the staff is absolutely amazing. I am excited to make this part of my recovery.
The Rec cold plunge rooms are very relaxing. You can feel recovery benefits instantly especially after a long workout!
