Had an unfortunate circumstance with one of their insurance providers, this is actually a second time, both times sub-par customer service occurred. I called to sort this out with our agent and found out they closed early the day before the holiday and werent taking calls. It took much research to get someone to answer our emails. Hard to believe you cant find customer service in a time of need. Not the same since Carrillo and Howland for sure.
