I wish there were negative stars! Let me start by stating this... NEVER RENT A PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Now the reasons. Amy Cooper is the worst rental agent I have ever worked with hands down. She is rude, aggressive, demeaning and has no business skills at all. Her customer service is so horrible it is actually scary. As a tenant I have had to inform her of the laws in VA.
