I want to warn others: if this company offers you a rental, it’s best to stay away. The entire process is completely online, from move-in to signing the contract, with no direct contact with a real person. The property is delivered in poor condition: dirty and with patchy paint on the walls. Very important advice: take detailed photos and videos of the property when you receive it (something I didn’t do), because when you move out they may try to keep your deposit. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I submitted a maintenance request for a non-working oven and microwave, both of which are clearly listed in my lease as the landlord’s responsibility. An electrician was sent out, only to confirm that the issue is with the appliances themselves, not electrical. I relayed this information back, expecting the next step to be taken.
