I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I submitted a maintenance request for a non-working oven and microwave, both of which are clearly listed in my lease as the landlord’s responsibility. An electrician was sent out, only to confirm that the issue is with the appliances themselves, not electrical. I relayed this information back, expecting the next step to be taken.
