Definitely not happy with the agent used in our real estate transaction from this Agency. He asked the escrow company to put a lower dollar amount on the estimated closing cost document for the FHA fee that I the seller would be paying on closing. While yes the document was just the "estimated closing costs" escrow told us in the middle of signing our documents the actual amount which was much higher.
