Horrible experience. Trusting him in selling my house. Very poor communication. Couple months ago, i have tried calling and text every day and zero reply and never call me back. After we decided to rent the house instead, he missed out few fees for the renter's responsibility so we have been paying for it. Once he reply back in TEXT after 2 weeks, he left me on ghost again. This guy doesn't cut it as a realtor so he sells cheap and unusable furniture. If I find his home address I will drop the garbage off at his house.
Mark Maynes is deceitful, with no integrity. I was a first time home buyer, excited about the process of one life's greatest purchases. This realtor took advantage of the fact my partner and I were ignorant about many aspects of home buying and working with a realtor. 1. Poor communication 2.
