Stella Yakubova found me my dream apartment in one day! I had been searching for so long but nothing was quite right. Stella was professional, caring, honest and I thank her for a perfect experience from start to finish. She walked me through every step, kindly answered all my questions and no friend could have done better. Stella is a one in a million find. Gregory was amazing at knowing what I needed when I was looking to buy a studio apartment. He showed me the apartment I ended up buying on our first visit - it was only the third apartment I saw that day! He made the whole buying process seamless and helped me purchase the apartment of my dreams that has thus far given me 3.5 happy years! When I had an issue I needed to resolve regarding my purchase just recently, he quickly helped me out and is always available. I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs!
I had made an appointment with Ruben to see a place, and called several times trying to reach him the day of to confirm. 45 minutes before our appointment he called to confirm we were on to see a place, so I left to meet him. He then texted me 15 min before the appointment to tell me that a deposit had been made hours before, so he had clearly been too lazy to contact the property before confirming.
I worked with Stella, and she was very informative! I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was extremely friendly and dedicated to help us finding a place that we were comfortable with! We end up getting the 1st place we saw. And it was amazing! She’s amazing!
