If you are wanting to live in the magnolia units just try to find somewhere else. Lived there for two years paid on time very quite and kept the place basically how I got it but when we moved out the owner I guess hey ill just try to fix what was broken from when I got there from me. If I did it I would not be mad and it was even In the check in sheet but they don't care. Kicking me out of my apartment for no reason is just mean. I didn't do anything but live there and pay my bills. They said it was the "owners" decision to kick us all out. Every last apartment had to be empty. That makes Barry Olsen just as bad as The realty agency then! All of them are crooked and just in it to take your money. Charge alot of money to live in a ran down apartment with everything broken and don't fix nothing. How many apartment buildings aside from Palm Shadow have you done this to?

Absolutely disgusting to kick everyone out of an apartment complex in the hottest time of the year. Everyone at palm shadow apartments, had to be out by July 31st at noon. Less than 30 days actual notice to move. An apartment complex with tenants who are lower income, and , or disabled. These tenants had to scramble to come up with money and man power to move in a heat advisory. Would absolutely never do business with a company that doesn't give a hoot about their so called community.
