Since you were asking, I was not very happy. I took three days to get the job done. The first day was the estimate and they told me the window between 8 AM and 5 PM which is quite a big window bigger than most large companies offer usually is four hours anyway the second day I waited and waited and they were calling for rain. Highly recommend this company! They arrived on schedule, did a fantastic job, and the price was very reasonable.
A cobra cord installed by this company that is supposed to last 12 years fell apart in less than 1.5 years. I called to ask for their help, and apparently someone came to my house and looked at it. Without ringing my bell, just walked on the property. Someone named Jonathan called and informed me that it wasn't snapped, it disconnected . He used the words "not enough overlap". I received a tree report from this company for my private residence and paid $840. Due to repeated errors, the report had to be reviewed five times, and I ended up paying an additional $1350 to the city for re-reviews, making the total cost $2000. They never responded to my emails or calls. I explicitly recommend not engaging with this company for your tree report. One of the issues was that the first report even came without a sign
