Real estate team is worthless. All they will do is talk down to you like you are a child when you bring up a legitimate concern. We have had issues with this company since moving in including hidden fees, reroofing our entire house with no notice whatsoever, and allowing contractors to use our utilities without our permission to name just a few. Wannabe slumlords. They have no interest in keeping up with any of their rental properties.
