A LITERAL SCAM! My husband and I rented from these people for a little over 8 months and every bit of it was a nightmare. I don’t have enough time in the day to tell you all of the things my family and I have endured during that time. Company is trash. Do not, I repeat do not deal with this corrupt "family" (ask for Neil) business. They lie from top to bottom. Owner Co owner maintenence etc... lol have fun talking with the "lawyer" of the family 🤣 they are all jokes again DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
The Realtor Guys are trash and treat their tenets unfairly. They are prejudice against the Black tenets. They falsified information via emails. I'm reporting them to the board of Realtors
Do Not rent from these people, they do not respond to any request or anything. I recently moved because of a $325 rent increase and I was told that the owners didn’t want to repair the roof because it wasn’t leaking. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the heat along with other issues. The house is on the market for rent but I have not been contacted for a walk through to get my security deposit back and like them no response!!
