Cheyenne has been such a vital part of the last few homes I bought and sold. She understands the market and knows what the best course of action is. I had a home I thought I could sell for more than it was worth. Cheyenne cautioned me against listing it high but I did anyway. It did not sell. After a couple weeks I let her decide what the price would be and it sold soon after. Having her and her team is a must for any home you are buying or selling.
